Three Sheets Belgian IPA
Balanced hops with a Belgian Tripel base. Careful with this one as one too many will send you three sheets to the wind.
Firkin Hawsehole Imperial Stout
Firkin Hawsehole Imperial Stout
Combining a beer term with a nautical term in the name makes no sense at all, except it will be fun to order. ``Hey Barkeep, get me a Firkin Hawsehole!`` Big, bold Imperial Stout, with chocolate, caramel and dark roast flavours. Bittersweet balance!
Mad Capreol Vanilla Porter
Mad Capreol Vanilla Porter

Whipstaff Wit
Whipstaff Wit
``The staff will be beaten until morale improves`` could be heard around the brewery in the building phase. In sailing terms, it is an old way of steering a ship, but the first explanation seems more appropriate. This Belgian Wit was made with wheat and and barley, flavoured with European hops, Indian coriander, orange peel and chamomile.
Four Sisters Coal Stout
Four Sisters Coal Stout
Black as coal, tasty as the stacks were high. Dedicated to the 4 smoke stacks at the coal burning plant that was located next to our brewery location that acted as a landmark for sailors and land lovers alike. Thankfully the coal burning plant is gone, but the landmark will live on in this beer. A complex stout that will warm you up on a cold day.
Double Block DIPA
Double Block DIPA
Big bold flavours in this DIPA. Bitter but not crazy. Lots of citrus and pineapple from late addition hops. Definitely for the hopheads out there. If you are feeling adventurous, this is the one for you!
Mae West Milkshake IPA - Orange
Mae West Milkshake IPA - Orange
Mae West was the nickname given to personal floatation devices commonly used in WWII. Our Mae West Milkshake IPA's will change from batch to batch using different fruit additions each time. Remember enjoying orange creamsicles as a kid, this could be your adult beverage go-to version of that old favourite.
